The Jennison Charitable Foundation is pleased to announce that Lillian Dorshorst from Hay Springs, Nebraska, has been awarded her second prestigious academic scholarship! Lillian earned a scholarship this year in the amount of $22,000 to support her tuition at the University of Denver this fall, where she is majoring in computer science.

Lillian was selected from a highly competitive pool of returning winner applicants due to her exceptional academic achievements, active involvement in extracurricular activities, and her commitment to making a positive impact in her community.

Lillian completed her studies at Hay Springs High School in 2025, achieving an outstanding 3.9 GPA. She held the position of National Honor Society President, qualified for the Future Business Leaders of America at the national level, and proudly served as the valedictorian of her class. While studying at the University of Denver Lillian is a member of the Creative Writing Club and participates in the Dungeons & Dragons Club.
