The Jennison Charitable Foundation is thrilled to share that Diana Lucero Chavez, from Guinda, California, has been awarded a distinguished $1,000 academic scholarship to assist with her tuition at the University of California, Irvine this fall, where she intends to major in Informatics.

Diana was chosen from a competitive field of applicants thanks to her outstanding academic accomplishments, active participation in extracurricular activities, and her unwavering commitment to positively impacting her community.

Diana graduated from Esparto High School on May 29th with an impressive GPA of 4.27. She held the position of President of the Esparto High School Spanish Club, was named Valedictorian of her class, and demonstrated exceptional leadership as a role model and mentor in her classroom.
