The Jennison Charitable Foundation is thrilled to announce that Charles Loverin from Marshfield, Massachusetts, has been awarded his fourth academic scholarship from our foundation. This $9,000 scholarship will assist with his tuition at Elon University, where he is majoring in math and finance while achieving an impressive GPA of 3.52.

Charles was selected from a highly competitive pool of returning winner applicants due to his outstanding academic achievements, active involvement in extracurricular activities, and dedication to positively impacting his community.

Charles completed his education at Boston College High School in 2023, where he held several leadership positions, including President of the Business Club, captain of the varsity tennis team, and co-captain of the Ping Pong Club. He was also an active member of the Green Eagles Club, dedicated to minimizing waste and reducing the school’s carbon footprint. Furthermore, Charles played a pivotal role in the St. Louis Project, which aimed to assist the homeless community in Boston.

At Elon University, Charles is actively involved in several organizations: he is a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Fraternity, participates in Elon Club Tennis, and serves as an ambassador for the Center for Organizational Analytics. Additionally, he works part-time to help fund his college education.
